Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Employment Status: Full-time

We’re looking for a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our growing outpatient orthopedic practice. This role is ideal for a PTA who enjoys working with motivated patients, collaborating with a strong clinical team, and seeing real functional outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Lead patients through therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
  • Apply modalities and assist with manual therapy within scope of practice
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the PT
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
  • Support clinic flow and maintain a safe, efficient treatment environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
  • Current Texas PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong communication and patient-care skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Nice to Have

  • Outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience
  • Experience with post-operative rehab
  • Familiarity with EMR systems
