Physical Therapist (PT)
Employment Status: Full-time
We’re looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic practice. This role is ideal for a PT who enjoys helping patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, build strength, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, sports-related, and post-surgical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, function, and overall movement quality
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and functional rehabilitation
- Provide patient education on injury prevention, body mechanics, activity modification, and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on patient goals, physician protocols, and clinical outcomes
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and clinical staff to support quality patient care
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient treatment environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas PT license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Preferred Experience:
- Outpatient orthopedic experience
- Experience with post-operative rehabilitation
- Experience treating sports injuries, joint replacements, spine conditions, and general orthopedic cases
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Manual therapy or advanced orthopedic training is a plus
